James & Alex Dance Studios (JADS) has been a cornerstone of the Dubai dance community since 2012. Offering a wide variety of dance styles and fitness classes for all age groups, our studio provides dedicated sessions for both adults and children.

Our Adult Classes include a diverse range of dance styles such as Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Shuffle, Belly Dance, Burlesque, Ladies Styling, Reggaeton, Afrobeat, Zumba, Aerial Hammock, Fit & Stretch, Pole Fitness, as well as choreography for weddings and special occasions.

For Kids, we offer engaging classes in Ballet, Contemporary, and Hip Hop, designed to nurture young talent and foster a love for dance.

As a hub for some of Dubai's leading dance companies and instructors, James & Alex Dance Studios is also home to a popular kids' musical theatre program and other specialized dance programs, all taught at the highest level.
